Week 3: College football caddie picks with Paul Tesori, Ryan Rue and Matt Minister

This weekend is loaded with a terrific slate of college football games.
With that, weโve got three caddies โ Paul Tesori, Ryan Rue and Matt Minister โ who will be keeping a close eye on the match ups.
For Week 3 of the college football season, Tesori, Rue and Minister have submitted their respective picks for five, key games.

Here are their picks, along with their reasons whyโฆ
Boise State (17) at Oklahoma State (24)
Point Spread: Oklahoma State -3
Tesoriโs Pick: Oklahoma State
Why?: The over under should be around 80, Iโd imagine. I think the home crowd will be enough for Oklahoma State to cover.
Rueโs Pick: Oklahoma State
Why?: Basically a pick โem here. Both teams can put up some points. But the home team wins. Go Pokes!
Ministerโs Pick: Boise State
Why?: Boise State has a great offense and the Cowboys canโt score enough to hang.
LSU (12) at Auburn (7)
Point Spread: Auburn -9.5
Tesoriโs Pick: LSU
Why?: I think Auburn will win the game, but itโll come down to a field goal, so theyโre not going to cover.
Rueโs Pick: LSU
Why?: I havenโt been real impressed with Auburnโs offense. LSU is playing well, and I donโt think Auburn can cover. Tigers roll over Auburn.
Ministerโs Pick: LSU
Why?: LSU will play a close enough game to cover.
Alabama (1) at Ole Miss
Point Spread: Alabama -21
Tesoriโs Pick: Ole Miss
Why?: The Crimson Tide are too tough for Ole Miss to win, but I think Ole Miss stays within 21!
Rueโs Pick: Ole Miss
Why?: Twenty-one points is way too many to spot The Runninโ Rebels. The offense can put up some numbers and Ole Miss will cover this game.
Ministerโs Pick: Alabama
Why?: Alabama because they are really good.
Ohio State (4) at TCU (15)
Point Spread: Ohio State -12.5
Tesoriโs Pick: TCU
Why?: Iโd imagine there has to be some sort of downgrade without Urban at the helm. TCU has the talent to win this game outright.
Rueโs Pick: OSU
Why?: Seems like every week the Buckeyes cover no matter what. Theyโre still playing with a chip on their shoulder and I donโt think TCU can hang all four quarters. Buckeyes win.
Ministerโs Pick: TCU
Why?: TCU will cover because they will score against a weak OSU defense.
USC (22) at Texas
Point Spread: Texas -3
Tesoriโs Pick: USC
Why?: Texas isnโt there yet. USC just has too many 5-star guys running around.
Rueโs Pick: USC
Why?: Letโs face it, Texas is not that good. This game will be a pillow fight between these two. Texas will put up some points against the soft Pac-12 defense. Trojans still come in and win one in Austin.
Ministerโs Pick: USC
Why?: USC because Texas is no longer the Texas I grew up with.
